Deep Tissue

This technique uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles). It's used for chronic aches and pain and contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Restorative Stretch

A therapeutic, passive stretching session in which a stretch is held for about 45 seconds with each stretch allowing you the time to breathe into the muscles and let go.  The client wears loose, comfortable clothing and the therapist moves the clients body in deep, safe stretches.
